Terms for .uk Domain Names
When LCHost undertakes to register, transfer or otherwise maintain a .uk domain registration on your behalf, Nominet’s Terms and Conditions of Domain Name Registration apply.
Don’t lose your domain
These terms are set by Nominet, who are the registry for domains ending in .uk, and are identical no matter who you should choose to buy your domain from.
It’s important to note that if you do not adhere to the Nominet terms your domain registration is at risk of suspension, amendment, or cancellation, by either us or Nominet themselves even if you did not originally register the domain with us.
You agree that you will, as part of your obligations under Nominet’s terms, give accurate registrant name and address data, and that LCHost or Nominet may contact me if additional verification is required, and that they may temporarily suspend or even cancel my registration if it is unable to contact me to perform such validation in a timely manner.
Domains cancelled as a result of failing to comply with either our or Nominet’s terms will not be refunded under any circumstances.
